This page outlines the legal and user policies that govern the Valuever app. Please read each section carefully.

1. Privacy Policy

Valuever collects only the personal data necessary for journaling, app personalization, and user-requested features.
The following information may be collected:
Email address (for account authentication)
Journal entries (securely stored in Firebase)
Photos, audio, or files you upload (optional and used only for your personal entries)
Location data (only when added by the user to journal entries)
App usage analytics (anonymous and aggregated)
We do not access your camera, microphone, or location unless you explicitly enable those features.
Your data is never sold, shared, or used for advertising purposes.  

All private information (such as journals, files, or personal entries) remains accessible only to you and can be deleted upon request. Any content you choose to share through social features is visible only within the app.

Valuever includes optional social features that allow users to share their journals or content with others.

When using these features, the following information may be visible to other users:
Your display name or nicknameShared journal entries
Comments or reactions you post
Timestamp of shared content.
All social sharing is entirely optional, and users can change sharing settings or delete shared content at any time.
Shared data is only visible within the Valuever app and is not publicly indexed or shown on external platforms.

[Feedback Collection and User Control]

When submitting feedback within the Valuever app, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, device type, and message content.
Users have full access to view or delete their submitted feedback at any time through the app interface.
We may also provide responses to feedback directly within the app. These responses are only visible to the user who submitted the original feedback.
All collected feedback data is used solely for service improvement and technical support, and is never shared with third parties.

[Moderator Access and Administrative Actions]

To ensure a safe and respectful environment, Valuever grants limited moderation access to authorized administrators. These moderation tools are used solely for community safety and compliance with our policies.

Administrators may take the following actions:
- Review user reports related to chats, social media posts, comments, or AI-generated responses  
- Delete content that violates our guidelines (including feed posts, stories, chat messages, or AI responses)  
- Send in-app messages or warnings to users if necessary  
- Restrict or delete user accounts in cases of repeated or severe violations.

All administrative actions are taken in accordance with our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Administrator access to content is strictly limited to handling reports and ensuring the integrity of the platform.

2. Terms of Use

By using Valuever, you agree to the following:
You will not use the app to share illegal, violent, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
You retain ownership of your journal content, but grant Valuever the right to store and process it for functionality.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension. These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use after changes indicates agreement.

3. Subscription Terms

Valuever Premium costs $2.49/month and includes AI chat, ad removal, additional templates, and personal chat with followee. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings at any time. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled.

4. Content & Abuse Policy

Valuever prohibits user-generated content that includes hate speech, sexual exploitation, child abuse, or violent imagery. We provide in-app reporting functionality and will take appropriate moderation action. Abusive behavior may result in content removal or account ban. Reports can also be submitted to [dreampencil@everblossomvalues.com].

5. Child Safety Policy

Valuever is not designed for children under the age of 13. We do not collect or process data from children knowingly. If any content violating child safety policies is discovered, it will be removed and may be reported to NCMEC and relevant authorities. Users can report suspicious activity via the app’s report function or by email.

6. Privacy/Data Security Disclosure

Valuever securely stores journal data through Firebase and requests the following permissions only when necessary for specific features:
Camera/Gallery Access: For uploading images to journals or notes
Microphone Access: For recording or uploading audio entries
File Storage Access: For attaching files to journal entries
Location Access: For saving location data with journal entriesThese permissions are clearly requested and only activated with user consent.

No permission is used outside of the intended app functionality.

7. AI-generated content

This app includes AI-generated content. If you see something inappropriate, please report it in the AI Chat page or report it here [dreampencil@everblossomvalues.com].

8. Social Media Template UseSome social UI components in this app were originally based on the FlutterFlow Social App UI Template. The design and logic have been extensively customized for Valuever.Licensed under the MIT License.
