1. Scope and Who We Are
This Privacy Policy applies to the Valuever mobile and web application operated by Everblossom Values ("Valuever," "we," "us," or "our").
Valuever is a private journaling, planning, wellbeing, and island-decoration service.

2. Information We Collect
Depending on the features you choose, we may process:
- Account data: An anonymous Firebase user identifier at first use, and an email address, display name, or Apple/Google account identifier if you later link an account.
- Content you create: Journals, answers, notes, tasks, schedules, finance-planner records, summaries, selected values, drawings or signatures, folders, and feedback.
- Optional uploads and context: Photos, audio, files, gallery selections, location text, or map locations that you choose to add.
- Progress data: Points, EXP, monthly level, story and gift status, purchases, inventory, island layouts, music choices, and feature-use allowances.
- AI and translation data: Prompts, chat messages, summaries, recommendation inputs, device-language codes, and translated Question Journal text.
- Purchase data: Store product and transaction identifiers, subscription status, and entitlements. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
- Technical data: Device and operating-system information, app events, crash and performance diagnostics, push-notification tokens, IP-derived network information, and, where applicable, advertising identifiers and consent choices.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Authenticate and sync your account.
- Save, search, display, and restore your journals.
- Provide maps, uploads, AI features, translations, reminders, music access, subscriptions, rewards, and island progress.
- Respond to feedback.
- Prevent abuse.
- Troubleshoot crashes.
- Measure and improve the app.
- Meet legal obligations.
- Protect users and the service.
We do not sell your private journal content for money.
4. Permissions and Your Choices
Camera or photo-library access is used only when you choose to add images. Microphone access is used only when you choose audio recording or upload features. File access is used for attachments.
Location access is requested only for location-enabled features. Notification permission is optional.
You can deny or change permissions in your device settings, although the related feature may then be unavailable.
5. Service Providers and Disclosures
We use service providers only as needed to operate Valuever, including:
- Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, databases, storage, functions, analytics, diagnostics, notifications, App Check, translation, and maps.
- Apple and Google for sign-in, app distribution, and in-app purchases.
- RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management.
- OpenAI for AI Chat and journal recommendations.
- Advertising or search providers where those features are enabled.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.
6. AI and Machine Translation
When you request AI Chat or an AI Journal Recommendation, the text needed to answer the request may be sent to our backend and an AI service provider.
Do not submit information you do not want processed for that purpose.
AI output may be inaccurate and is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.
Question Journal source text may be sent to Google Cloud Translation based on the device language. The resulting translation may be cached in Firestore so that it can be reused.
7. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
The free experience may use Google advertising services in app areas where ads are enabled.
Advertising and analytics providers may process device identifiers, approximate location inferred from an IP address, app interactions, and consent choices in accordance with device settings and applicable law.
Where required, Valuever requests consent or offers platform tracking controls. Premium benefits and ad availability may change as described in the app.
8. Storage, Retention, and Deletion
Data is retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with law.
Individual records can be deleted where the app provides a delete control.
To request account and associated-data deletion, contact dreampencil@everblossomvalues.com from the address linked to your account and include enough information to verify the request.
Anonymous accounts may be difficult to recover or verify if the app is deleted before the account is linked.
Backup or log copies may remain for a limited period before routine deletion.
9. Security and International Processing
We use access controls, Firebase security rules, encrypted network transport, App Check, and service-provider safeguards designed to protect data.
No system is completely secure.
Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms and provider safeguards.
10. Children
Valuever is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age.
A parent or guardian who believes that a child provided data should contact us so that we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
11. Child Safety Standards
Valuever has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, sextortion, or any content or conduct that endangers a child.
Users must not create, upload, store, request through AI, or distribute such material through Valuever.
Reports can be submitted through the in-app Feedback page or sent to dreampencil@everblossomvalues.com, our designated child-safety contact.
We will review credible reports, remove prohibited material, restrict or terminate involved accounts where appropriate, preserve evidence when legally required, and report confirmed CSAM or imminent child danger to the appropriate regional authority or law-enforcement body as required by applicable law.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
12. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access your personal information.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information.
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Receive a copy of your information.
- Withdraw consent.
You may also complain to a local data-protection authority.
Contact dreampencil@everblossomvalues.com to exercise a right. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally required.
13. Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as Valuever changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.

Valuever Terms of Use
Effective Date: September 7, 2026
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
By using Valuever, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, and legally able to agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and Sync
Valuever may begin with an anonymous account.
You can later link an eligible email, Google, or Apple account to support sign-in and data synchronization.
You are responsible for safeguarding your device and credentials. Anonymous data may be lost if you remove the app, clear its data, or change devices before linking an account.
Do not access another person’s account.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create.
You grant Valuever a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, translate, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the features you request.
You represent that you have the right to upload your content.
Valuever does not promise permanent storage. Keep independent copies of content that is important to you.
4. Subscriptions and Free Trial
Valuever Premium is a recurring monthly subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
The final localized price, taxes, currency, trial eligibility, and billing terms are shown by the store before purchase.
If an eligible 7-day free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store account settings at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
“Restore Purchases” can restore eligible entitlements.
Refunds are handled by the applicable store under its policies. Valuever cannot guarantee refunds or prorated subscription periods.
5. Free and Premium Features
The Free plan currently includes:
- Basics journals.
- Island decoration.
- Writing rewards.
- Story progress and gifts.
- Three free uses of eligible special journal templates per week.
Premium currently includes:
- Unlimited use of eligible special journal templates.
- 100 Points for each eligible day the app is opened.
- Unlimited AI Chat access.
- Premium BGM access.
- All Free-plan features.
Features may evolve. The purchase screen shown at the time of purchase controls where it differs from this summary.
6. Points, EXP, Levels, Items, and Monthly Resets
Points, EXP, levels, story gifts, virtual music access, and decoration items are digital app features with no cash value.
They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn.
Valuever may correct balances affected by error, abuse, or fraud.
Monthly levels and the current island placement restart each month. Previous islands may remain viewable, and eligible owned inventory may persist as described in the app.
Item availability, prices, rewards, and level requirements may be adjusted to maintain the service.
7. AI and Wellbeing Disclaimer
AI Chat, recommendations, prompts, and journal content are provided for reflection and general information.
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable.
Valuever is not a medical, mental-health, emergency, legal, investment, tax, or other professional service. Do not rely on it as a substitute for qualified advice.
If you may be in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use Valuever to:
- Break the law.
- Harm, threaten, exploit, or harass others.
- Create, upload, store, request, or distribute CSAE or CSAM.
- Groom, traffic, sexually exploit, or otherwise endanger a child.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Bypass purchase, reward, quota, or security controls.
- Introduce malware.
- Scrape or overload the service.
- Reverse engineer the service where prohibited.
- Use AI features to generate unlawful or abusive content.
We may investigate, preserve evidence, restrict features, remove content, suspend access, close accounts, and report conduct to the appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary to protect users, protect the service, or comply with law.
9. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Services
Valuever’s software, visual design, branding, original stories, and provided assets are owned by or licensed to Everblossom Values and are protected by law.
These terms do not grant permission to copy or redistribute them.
Third-party services, app stores, maps, AI systems, translation services, billing services, and external links are governed by their own terms and may be changed or become unavailable independently of Valuever.
10. Availability, Termination, and Changes
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
You may stop using Valuever at any time and may request account deletion.
Ending use does not automatically cancel a store subscription. You must cancel the subscription through the relevant store.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limits of liability, will survive.
11. Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valuever is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of fitness, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement.
Everblossom Values is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, or lost profits arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
12. Governing Terms and Contact
Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it informally.
We may update these terms and will provide notice where required. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
